Duplex Remodel

Remodeled both units of an older single story duplex in Mountlake Terrace. Updated everything to give it some curb appeal and increase the potential rent and equity the client had in the property. Added a washer and dryer to the second unit and replaced the exterior doors to increase energy efficiency.
